SSB EMPLOYEES
Certified Copy of ID/Passport
Passport Photo (1)
Proof of Current Residence (dated 3 months at most, original or certified copy/Affidavit) OR Letter from the Employer indicating the Residence Address
Certified or original proof of earnings/payslip with company stamp (Not more than 2 months)
Confirmation Letter of Employment from Employer on letterhead stating that the client is a permanent employee and retirement age
Quotation/Proforma Invoice from Solar Vendor or Bill of Quantities
3–6 months Bank Statement (USD & ZIG)
Disclosure of Other Loans going through Payroll Deductions/Bank
NBS Salary Account / Account Opening Forms to be completed by client if they don't have an NBS Account yet
PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS / COMPANIES EMPLOYEES
Salary Deduction & Remittance Agreement between Employer & NBS
Agreement that the Employer will redirect the salary to Employee/Applicant's NBS Account until the loan is fully paid
